Welcome! My name is Matthew Matteson, and I have been practicing therapeutic massage in the state of Missouri since 2011.

My primary focus is those suffering from chronic pain, particularly dysfunctions of the neck, shoulder, and arm such as carpal/cubital tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, frozen shoulder, chronic headaches and migraines. I can also be an effective part of treatments for sciatica, plantar fasciitis/fasciosis, insomnia, anxiety, degenerative disk disease, and many other ailments. If you are seeking medical treatment for any of these conditions, ask your doctor if they would recommend massage therapy.

I also work with a large population of athletes. As your coaches will (hopefully) tell you, your recovery is just as important as your training. Not only can massage speed up recovery from muscle soreness, those sticking points you're feeling are hindering your performance and can easily lead to injuries that will sideline you.
